Terms and Conditions – Handmade Tumbler Orders

By purchasing from my handmade tumbler business, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Handmade Products  
All tumblers are handmade. As such, minor imperfections may occur and are not considered faults. Each item is unique and crafted with care.

2. Turnaround Time  
My standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. This does not include shipping time.

3. Quality Control  
Every tumbler is left to sit for 24 hours after sealing and is checked for leaks before being dispatched to ensure it meets quality standards.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements  
- I do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged during postal transit.  
- If your item arrives damaged, I will offer a like-for-like replacement (same cup size, effect, and wrap if available).  
- If the original wrap/design is unavailable, you may choose an alternative.  
- If I am unable to provide a suitable replacement, a full refund may be offered at my discretion.

5. Damaged Items in Transit  
- Proof of damage is required in the form of clear photographic evidence, or you must be willing to return the item.  
- If I request the damaged item to be returned, I will cover the return postage costs.

6. Customer Responsibility  
I am not responsible for damage caused by:  
- Dropping or mishandling the tumbler  
- Failure to follow the care instructions provided with your order  

7. Care Instructions  
- Tumblers are not dishwasher safe  
- Tumblers are not microwave safe  
- Hand wash only is required  
- Suitable for cold or warm drinks only, unless otherwise stated  
- Use of boiling hot liquids may cause damage (such as cracking), and this is not my responsibility
